2. Application kit

$250 of  tuition is due on application. Remainder can be in 2 more installments, with the balance due by JUNE 1st FOR ALL SESSIONS.

Deposit and full tuition fees can be paid by credit card:

Visa or MC, or personal check accepted.

The application, insurance release , and health information forms require the signatures of both  parents/guardians.
