If more then one card payment is made, a processing fee may be added to the final payment.

The application, insurance release , and health information forms require the signatures of both parents/guardians.


	Each session, we are offering 2 spaces for day-campers 8:30 a.m. -- 6:00 p.m. @ $275.00 (plus $22.00 tax) for the 6 day week

	There are 8 spaces for our Sleep Here Campers 3:00 p.m. Sunday -- 10:00 a.m. Saturday @ $700.00 (plus $56.00 tax) for the 6 day week

Girls ages 9 to 13 for new attendees. Age 14 for returning or experienced riders, with a maximum of 8 girls per session. Multiple sessions can be arranged, with a $50 discount per additional session. Because we have a very small enrollment, we do not accept cancellations after May 1st.

If sisters register for a session, we grant a $50 deduction for each. Only one type of discount can be given.

$252 of camp fee is due on application. Remainder can be in 2 more installments, with the balance due by June 1st for all sessions. No checks will be accepted within a month of the camper's arrival date.

Due to Florida Dept. of revenue requirements, there is a sales tax for the room and the horse use. I apologize for the extra expense, but I can't afford to absorb it, or avoid it.

Once a girl arrives at CH Horse Camp, no refunds will be made.
